SickKids T4 Health - Triage, Transport, Treatment and Transition Neonatology Conference - Registration now open!

SickKids second annual Inter-Professional Neonatology T4 Health Conference will focus on the neonatal patient in the context of experiencing Sepsis and Necrotizing Enterocolitis at various points in the continuum of care (Triage, Transport, Treatment and Transition).  The conference features two keynote speakers and a selection of breakout sessions led by experts in the field of Neonatology who will provide information, practical tips and strategies for managing these high risk newborns.  This conference will promote a collaborative practice model of health care that acknowledges the expertise of inter-professional team members who guide evidence-based practices to support optimal clinical outcomes.

Conference Objectives:

Enhance knowledge of best practice in the emerging themes of neonatal triage, transport, treatment, and transition

Influence neonatal care across the health continuum through reflection on current practices and processes

Foster a culture of inter-professional collaboration, learning, and professional development
