CAPHC ANNUAL CONFERENCE POSTER FAIR
The CAPHC Annual Conference Poster Fair provides the ideal venue for multidisciplinary health professionals and practitioners from primary care to complex tertiary care to illustrate the richness of activity in many innovative areas of child and youth health from regional, national and international perspectives.
This year members of the paediatric community from across Canada along with a few from the United States and Europe responded to the CAPHC Annual Conference Call for Abstracts, submitting an unprecedented number of Poster Abstracts.
You are invited to attend the CAPHC Poster Fair on Monday, October 23, from 3:15 PM – 5:30 PM at Le Centre Sheraton Montréal Hotel, where you will have the opportunity to view the accepted posters and discuss them with their authors and researchers.
The posters will be grouped in the following categories:
A research project undertaken in a paediatric population.
Innovation in Clinical Practice
A project that focuses on changing clinical practice within a particular organization. The innovation may be in the clinical practice, the evaluation methodology, or the knowledge mobilization plan.
A project that focuses on changing practices that has implications for a wide number of organizations. The innovation may be in the practice, the evaluation methodology, or the knowledge mobilization plan.
A project that demonstrates family-centered care principles, both in the content of the project, and by involving families and/or young people in the design, evaluation, and dissemination of the project.
