Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital (Holland Bloorview) has a vision to create the most meaningful and healthy futures for all children, youth and families. Vice President, Corporate Innovation & Services

Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the senior management team, you will oversee and provide leadership for Finance, Information services, Materials Management, Building and Environmental services, Food services, and Health Records. This is a broad and impactful role, touching on all aspects of Holland Bloorview’s operations, in particular, advancing the hospital’s digital footprint and administrative effectiveness and excellence.


Vice President, People & Culture

Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the senior management team you will be responsible for leading the people and culture aspects of the hospital to new heights. You will be a champion throughout the hospital of collaboration and partnership. You will advance innovative strategies and programs to enable the hospital to attract, develop, and retain talent, and provide proven approaches to leading organizational transformation and continuous improvement. In addition, you will embrace, model and champion joy in work, diversity and inclusion, service effectiveness and excellence, and a culture of fairness and compassion.


Executive Lead, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the senior management team you will deepen the organization’s understanding of the needs of diverse and marginalized communities, including Indigenous, racialized, LGBTQI2S, and homeless or under-housed peoples, amongst others. Working collaboratively with the board, senior management, community partners, and diverse communities within and external to the hospital, the senior leader will advance equity, diversity and inclusion in governance, administration, culture, program and service design, research, teaching and learning, and provision of direct care.
