Join child health leaders from coast to coast in Ottawa, Ontario, December 8-10, 2019 for Children’s Healthcare Canada’s flagship conference.

Our main stage will feature local, Canadian and International child health leaders and advocates including Dr. Zayna Khayat (SE Health), André Picard (Globe & Mail), Alex Munter (CHEO), Julie Drury (Minister’s Patient and Family Advisory Council) and more!

Building on the Brave Ideas and Fresh Thinking from our conference in 2018, we are continuing to modernize our event under our new Children’s Healthcare Canada brand. With the theme Connecting Health Systems for Kids we are thrilled to launch this years program featuring content from members across Canada and across the continuum of care.

Along with our new brand and mission of transformation we have included those essential program items that are well attended and valued by our delegates and make our event one you don’t want to miss.

  • Hospital Tours: Tour our host organization, CHEO, and find out what new and innovative programs they have implemented.

  • Attended Poster Fair: This event has grown into one of the premier sessions at our annual meeting, providing an ideal venue to showcase and view innovative research, exciting programs and unique strategies taking place in the area of child and youth health.

  • Networking Opportunities: Catch up with colleagues from across Canada, or forge new connections at any of the networking breaks, meals, or receptions we are hosting throughout the event.

  • Concurrent Sessions: Two blocks of concurrent sessions allow you to tailor your experience and bring home the information you need for your day to day work.

Last but not least, don’t miss out on our Monday evening social event! Take in the breathtaking views of Parliament, the Chateau Laurier, and the twinkling lights in Ottawa’s downtown core from one of our premiere venues, the National Arts Centre. With great music, food, and company, this is a night you won’t want to miss. Get your ticket today!
